We know the identity of the man who will whistle the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund on June 1st (9pm) at Wembley. This is Slavko Vincic, as announced by UEFA on Monday. The Slovenian has already refereed one of the two clubs this season in C1, Borussia Dortmund in the victorious second leg of the quarter-finals against Atlético de Madrid (4-2).
The European body also informed that Englishwoman Rebecca Welch has been chosen for the women’s final between Olympique Lyonnais and FC Barcelona on 25 May (6pm). Romanian Istvan Kovacs will referee the Europa League final Bayer Leverkusen-Atalanta Bergamo, which will be played on 22 May (9pm). The Portuguese Artur Soares Dias will whistle the Europa Conference League final between Fiorentina and Olympiakos on 29 May (9pm).
